Connie Manna was born and raised in New York and earned her BFA from the School of Visual Arts. As a freelance illustrator, she has worked for such diverse clients as medical magazines, advertising agencies, book publishers, general interest magazines and computer software companies. Her work was included in Society of Illustrators 28th annual exhibition and catalog and she has been a contributing artist at Corbis. 
      Ms. Manna is a member of the Artists Collective of Westport, the Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County and The Coastal Arts Guild of CT and has had several one woman shows. She has also participated in group exhibitions in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut as well as Washington DC. Her work was featured in an article by Vivien Raynor for The New York Times.
     Ms. Manna is an Art Instructor for the Continuing Education Department of the Stratford Board of Education. In this capacity, Ms. Manna created 2 unique painting curricula; Paint a Masterpiece a Day and Abstract Painting. She has also taught painting classes for the after school and summer youth camp programs at the Guilford Art Center in Guilford, CT.
